Frequently Asked Questions

Clear Answers Before the Trailer Arrives

Review the most common questions about pricing, package sizes, loading labor, materials, service area and documentation.

What is a crew-loaded dump trailer service?

Punch & Turn arrives with the truck, trailer and loading labor. We load the approved material, secure it for transport, haul it to the appropriate disposal location and complete the agreed cleanup. The trailer is not left behind as a rental container.

What size is the trailer?

The primary dump trailer is approximately 7 feet wide, 16 feet long and 4 feet high, or about 16.6 cubic yards when filled level. Safe payload, material density and towing limits always control the actual load.

How is my quote calculated?

Every project receives a custom written estimate based on material type, weight, volume, labor, access, disposal, travel and scheduling requirements.

Will I receive a written estimate before scheduling?

Yes. We provide a written estimate that defines the approved scope, assumptions, exclusions and job-specific price before scheduling.

Is loading labor included?

The written estimate identifies the loading labor included with the scope. Any labor beyond the approved allowance requires authorization before it is added.

Do you rent or drop off dumpsters?

No. Punch & Turn is a crew-loaded site service. We arrive, perform the approved work and leave with the loaded trailer.

What materials require a separate quote?

Concrete, brick, block, dirt, rock, shingles, tile, plaster and other dense material require payload and disposal review. Heavy material can reach the trailer weight limit before filling its available volume.

What materials are not accepted?

Hazardous, regulated, medical, biohazard, asbestos, lead, mold, chemical, fuel, paint and contaminated materials are excluded unless handled through qualified providers and an approved written scope.

Can you provide before and after photos?

Yes. Photo documentation can be included for contractors, property managers, facilities and other customers who need visible records of the work area and completed scope.

Do you provide written estimates?

Yes. The standard workflow includes a written scope with inclusions, exclusions, pricing and approval before the job is scheduled.

What areas do you serve?

Punch & Turn serves Louisville, Jefferson County and nearby Kentuckiana communities. Availability and travel charges are confirmed during quoting.

How do I get the fastest quote?

Text wide and close-up photos, the job address, access details, material type, estimated volume, stairs or carry distance, deadline and any cleanup requirements to 502-593-0213.

Do you remove furniture, appliances and mattresses?

Yes, when the items are approved, safely accessible and included in the written estimate. Appliances must be disconnected and emptied before pickup.

Do you provide garage, basement, attic or estate cleanouts?

Yes. Cleanouts are quoted from photos or a walkthrough, with special attention to stairs, safe access, heavy items, sorting needs and excluded materials.

Can you clean out offices and commercial spaces?

Yes. Office and commercial work is coordinated around loading access, elevators, security, business hours, disassembly and disposal requirements.

Do you remove yard debris and dumpster overflow?

Approved brush, limbs, bagged yard waste, outdoor bulk items and dumpster-area overflow can be quoted after reviewing volume, contamination risk and access.

Where can I see a full list of common items?
