Information you choose to send us
When you request a quote, call, text or email Punch & Turn, you may provide your name, company, phone number, email address, service requested, job location, project details, access instructions, deadlines and other information needed to understand the work. If you text or email job photos, those photos and the information visible in them are also part of your communication with us.
Please send only information reasonably needed for the job. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical information, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive personal information through the website quote form.
Technical and security information
The public quote form uses a short-lived server session for CSRF protection and basic submission throttling. Like most hosted websites, the hosting infrastructure may also process routine request and security information such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information as part of normal server operation and security logging.
We use information to respond and operate the requested service
- Review the requested scope and determine what information is still needed for a quote.
- Contact you about estimates, scheduling, access, service questions and approved work.
- Prepare and maintain estimate, job, invoice and completion records when a request becomes an approved job.
- Protect the website and quote form from abuse, fraud or unauthorized requests.
- Comply with applicable legal, accounting, safety and recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting the website form requests a quote only. It does not authorize work or create a service appointment.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed
Quote requests are delivered to the business email account and may be retained with estimate or project records if the request becomes an active business matter. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether work was performed, accounting or legal requirements, dispute prevention, and ordinary business recordkeeping. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be deleted or securely disposed of.
You can ask about information you submitted
You may contact us to ask what quote/contact information we maintain about you, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained when required for completed jobs, accounting, legal obligations, security or dispute resolution. Where an applicable privacy law provides additional rights, we will handle verified requests as required by that law.
Send privacy requests to hello@punchturnky.com or call 502-593-0213. Please describe the information or request clearly so we can identify the relevant record.
Customer project photos are treated as private job records
Photos sent for quoting or completion documentation are intended to help scope or document the requested work. Customer job photos and private project records are not presented as public marketing content without authorization. Before sending photos, remove or cover personal documents, account numbers, identification cards, computer screens or other sensitive information that is not needed for the quote.
Reasonable safeguards are built into the public form
The quote form uses HTTPS, same-origin controls, CSRF protection, secure session-cookie settings, field validation, a spam honeypot and basic submission throttling. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through the form, text message or email.
This website is intended for business and service inquiries
The public website is not directed to children under 13, and the quote form is not intended to collect personal information from children.
