By using the public website at punchturnky.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to the website itself; they do not replace the written scope, estimate, invoice or other job-specific agreement for services.

A website submission is not a service contract

Submitting a quote form, calling, texting or emailing Punch & Turn does not authorize work, guarantee availability, reserve a date or create a service appointment. A job proceeds only after the relevant scope, price and scheduling terms are communicated and approved.

Quotes may depend on information such as material type, estimated volume or weight, disposal requirements, access, stairs or carry distance, parking, travel, schedule, photos and site conditions. If actual conditions or requested work differ from the approved scope, additional work should be discussed and authorized before it is added.

If these website Terms conflict with an approved written estimate or job-specific agreement, the accepted job document controls for that service.

Service descriptions are general information

We work to keep the website accurate, but service pages, examples, process descriptions, material lists, service areas and other website content are general information and may not describe every site condition or disposal restriction. Availability, acceptance of material and the final scope are confirmed during quoting.

Website content is not engineering, environmental, legal, hazardous-material, structural or other professional advice. Customers and property representatives remain responsible for disclosing known hazards, regulated materials and site restrictions relevant to the requested work.

Do not misuse the website or quote form

You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, send unlawful or deceptive requests, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the quote form for spam or abusive automated submissions.
