Project Planning
Defined debris boundaries for mitigation, repair and rebuild work
Restoration projects require more material identification than an ordinary cleanout. Punch & Turn support should begin only after the contractor has identified what is approved, non-regulated debris and what remains part of a mitigation, remediation or specialized disposal scope.
Photos should show material condition as well as volume. Wet, mold-affected, sewage-contaminated, chemically contaminated or otherwise regulated materials are not normal hauling items. Keeping those boundaries explicit protects the project schedule and reduces the chance of an unsafe or rejected load.
